Heal Postpartum and Clinical Depression

With the guidance of a holistic doctor get weaned off pharmaceutical medications.
 
Undergo nutritional/mega-vitamin therapies to balance poor body chemistry which may have initiated the depression. This alone may heal the depression.
Use natural remedies to relieve the pain of depression until your body chemistry is balanced: St. John's Wort, L-tryptophan, niacin and other vitamin store remedies.
 
An excellent idea is to detoxify your body: the lymph system, the liver and the kidneys with natural products...also cleanse the intestine with natural products.
 
Take on the hypoglycemic diet even if you don't have hypoglycemia. It is the healthiest diet there is.
 
Engage in a light exercise program daily...such as walking for 30 minutes.
