With the guidance of a holistic physician:
  Undergo nutritional and mega-vitamin therapies to balance your body's chemistry.
 
Get weaned off pharmaceutical medications...they are destructive to your metabolism.
 
In conjunction with nutritional therapy, healthy eating habits include the hypoglycemic diet.
 
If depressed get relief with natural remedies such as l-tryptophan, NOT MEDICATION.
 
Detoxify the lymph system, the liver and the kidneys with natural products.
