Kundalini
Kundalini
is spiritual energy that resides at the base of the spine...everyone's
spine.
Dr.
Carl G. Jung lectured on Kundalini in the 1930s...and in later
years psychiatrist Lee Sanella wrote, "The Kundalini Experience
- Psychosis or Transcendance".
Yoga
master Paramanhansa Yogananda described Kundalini in this manner:
"During
the creation of the physical body in the womb, the life-force,
as it flows down the spine from the brain, becomes polarized.
The positive pole is centered in the frontal lobe of the brain
at a point midway between the eyebrows. The negative pole is
centered at the base of the spine in the coccyx region.
The
energy of this negative pole represents the "end of the
line", so to speak, for the outward movement of the life-force
in it's impulse to enter the material world. Negative energy
thus becomes locked there. It must be wooed from it's outward
commitment, and directed back toward the brain, for spiritual
enlightenment to occur. This focal point of negative energy
is called Kundalini." (Google this.)
If
unleashed unexpectedly, which can happen as a result of intense
spiritual practices, Kundalini energy can create problems on
the physical and mental levels. This will happen if chakras
contain unclean energy. The help of pranic healers must be sought
as soon as possible for cleansing of the chakras and meridians.
