Yoga Breathing - A Natural Healing Process


We all were born with the natural ability to heal ourselves of emotional and mental problems. Breathing, in specific rhythms, is the natural process meant to be used for such healings.

The so-called psychotherapies are uncertain processes developed by well-meaning clinicians who were ignorant of yoga breathing.

Had our parents known of it we would have been taught this form of breathing when we were children. This natural human function should be taught in schools...in hygiene classes...just as is sex education.
