It's the rare person that does not have issues. We create them when we have major upsets and do not express their emotions. This mainly happens during our early childhood years when we are especially vulnerable. It is typical to have issues about mom and dad. To be a parent is to be human. Childhood traumas, especially from perceived loss of parental love or abandonment, become programming in the mind that sets up future upsets. We WILL bring our parental issues into our adult relationships and this will create instability in the relationships. Usually we are unaware that we harbor, at the subconscious level, these painful issues...until we enter a relationship. We are not forever doomed to be tormented by issues.
