Do You Have An Unwelcome Tenant?

Spirit possession is not that uncommon...the form of schizophrenia called multiple personalities is not necessarily a problem of the ego. Some years ago I coached a middle-aged lady through a yoga breathing session whose end result was an unexpected exorcism.

It was the morning of her wedding and I was the officiate. I made a point of having the bride, who I knew had weighty issues, do yoga breathing before the ceremony. I was committed that she connect strongly with the enigmatic pool of energy that seemed to be at the root of her issues, and to drain it.

She took my coaching and in minutes connected to a great deal of emotion that she tearfully processed out to completion. The next moment she began to yell painfully...a long drawn out yell that told me she had connected with something huge that was being purged.

At the end of her lengthy outcry she was at peace. A few moments later she slowly opened her eyes, focused on me and said, "There was a spirit inside me. I saw a cloud of white light leaving from my mouth. The yelling made it leave. This is what has been tearing me apart all this time. Now it's gone."

I did not see a cloud of white light but my personal history urged me not to doubt it. This incident confirmed my suspicion that yoga breathing could be a means to achieve an exorcism, but I scarcely considered I'd be privileged to facilitate such a profound healing.

Someone with multiple personalities may be under spirit possession. It is likely yoga breathing will dispossess the spirit. In any case, it is likely the number of personalities will diminish.
