So, You Hear Voices In Your Head!

Hearing voices does not mean something is wrong with you. You are in touch with spirits. Spirits exist in other dimensions and, at times, they encroach upon this dimension and us.

Life is a spiritual adventure. After all, you are an embodied spirit...also known as psyche, which is ever perfect. There are disembodied spirits, and even unembodied spirits. They inhabit other dimensions for karmic reasons. Usually they don't bother us embodied types, and sometimes they do.

Medical psychiatry, misled by Freud, rejects the metaphysical realities of the mind and earns an excellent living diagnosing such experiences with the destructive catchall phrase of schizophrenia. Avoid medical psychiatry.

On the other hand, mystical psychiatrist Dr. Carl G. Jung lectured on the spiritual aspects of the mind. He had a number of related experiences.

Edith Fiore, a psychotherapist and author of "The Unquiet Dead," coaches that, if spirits are communicating in a nasty way, it is best to relate to them in a friendly manner. If they tell you to do nasty things tell them that you love God and that you will do nothing that is contrary to the love of God.

Love is their Achilles heel. Tell them you love them. Bless them with God's love and keep showering them with love, urging them to go into the light.

Hearing voices may follow shortly after a traumatic event in your life... physical and/or emotional. You must heal and resolve the trauma to handle the voices.

If you go to a psychiatrist you'll be given prescription drugs and they'll tack on you the label psychotic which, when it gets into the medical system, you'll be stuck with for the rest of your life. Avoid doing this as a first resort...as a last resort...and anything in between.

Find a shamanic healer...they usually have masters degrees in psychology to provide them with conventional approbation.

Also try yoga breathing which can provide insight and possible resolution.
